we will call this segment "action items of the day" (...i know, i bitch too much)
and in all my infinite frustration (it seems infinite anyway) I decided that I will post the headlines and come back to bitch about them tonight when I have nothing better to do.
These are from the Washington Post

and this article piqued my interest
Accused of Aiding Terror Plot, Lawyer Braces for Fight of Her Life
and this is from BBC World News
S Korean hostage beheaded in Iraq
US admits rise in terror attacks
and why not?
Clinton chides media over affair
and finally from Salon.com
Tuesday's must-reads

U.S. to hand over legal custody of Saddam
And in other news...
Monday, June 28, 2004, MoveOn PAC is organizing "Turn Up the Heat", an evening of nationwide house parties that will culminate in a national online town meeting with Michael Moore. They are urging members to host house parties that can be used as a neighborhood forum for the event. I am thinking about hosting one of said parties. I will make a definitive decision about the matter once I get the venue sorted out, and discuss it with my colleagues.
Regardless of weather or not I host a party I am organizing a group to go see Fahrenheit 9/11 on Friday the 25th (I think, I need to get it ironed out). I am assuming all the people coming to the movie will be attending the Monday house party... I just have to get it all squared away... When I do, I will post notice here. If you would like to come to the movie or the party send me an email at 911party@brokensanity.net and I will get back to you.
(and yes Scott, you were right, it was spelled incorrectly... but I fixed it and none are the wiser. mwa ha ha)
