Funny, I was just writing about Bush's nuclear-weapons development on my own blog. Back in 2003, the Bush administration disbanded the independent body responsible for monitoring US nuclear-weapons development. Only a few months later the US government broke the ten-year hiatus on nuclear-weapons development to begin work on its new-generation 'mini-nukes'. I raised the issue today because the Bush administration just came out criticising China for possibly selling weapons parts to the North Koreans. It takes some nerve, I should think ...
